Is it free to use VESTRA as a buyer?
Yes — browsing, registering, and ordering are completely free for buyers. You pay only the goods total on the seller's invoice.
What is the seller commission?
3.5% of the goods value of each paid order, charged automatically to the card on file. It is the same rate for every seller — there are no plan-dependent rates and no listing fees.
Are there any membership or subscription fees?
No. Selling on VESTRA is free: there is no membership or subscription fee and no listing fee, for buyers or for sellers. Sellers pay only the 3.5% commission on paid orders.
Are platform fees refundable?
Platform fees are non-refundable except where required by law. On a marketplace order the goods payment goes straight to the seller; on an order VESTRA invoices in its own name it goes to VESTRA. Either way, refunds for goods run through the order claim process and are paid back to the account the money came from.
