Role
VESTRA operates an online B2B wholesale marketplace and acts as an intermediary and technical platform only. It is not a party to the sales contracts concluded between sellers and buyers and does not take title to goods. Exception: for orders that Acerasoft LLC invoices in its own name it contracts with the buyer as seller of record; the invoice for an order states which applies (Terms of Service, section 3c).
